You want to make sure that you trim your nails and keep them clean. Your nails can harbor so much bacteria and germs it is unbelievable and then you put your fingers in your mouth when you are eating and then you are just asking to get sick. It is good to trim them and clean underneath because proper hygiene can prevent so many illnesses especially this time of year. Filed under: My Product Review Comments: None |

I got a wool blanket that is so nice. My mother in law got it for me and it is my favorite because it is warm but it is even good on just a cool day. It is a really nice blanket.There is something about wool that is so nice..and not the itchy stuff that people always think about when they think of wool. And it is a nice fabric. Ok – I had to get some Loctite for cement work I was doing…it is an industrial glue that will hold things to cement…it sucks! It does not work like it should and I had to stand there for 30 minutes because it was going to fall off. It was goopy and just didn’t work. I don’t’ know if I got a bad tube but I was very upset that I had wasted my time and money on this product! Filed under: My Product Review Comments: None |

Who would not love to be able to rent a great place for a week or two to get away. Why not look for that home to rent in Calgary – I say Rent Calgary! I think any place outside of where you live makes for a really nice change of pace and sometimes that is exactly what we need…just a change of scenery sometimes. When you do the same routine day in and day out and you go to the same job and see the same people and settings…it can be boring and it can literally drive one crazy. So, people need to get away…take that mental health vacation and soak up a different environment or culture. Just a place to chill away from the norm is sometimes all you need! High blood pressure can be caused by a few things, like being overweight, or it could be predisposed in some, but whatever the cause it is a silent killer. One natural remedy for lowering high blood pressure is garlic. It is also effective for thrombosis, hardening of the arteries, and high blood cholesterol. Another remedy is Indian gooseberry – one tablespoon each of fresh amla juice and honey mixed together in the morning should do it. I prefer watermelon, and that is another safeguard against hypertension. Juice from half a lemon, mixed with 100 grams of water taken every two hours, should do the trick too. Worth a try.
