I think that most people want to exercise but they always have a reason why they can not. You should be exercising at least 4 days a week for around 2- to 3 minutes every single time. And if you can’t then break them up to 10 in the morning and 10 at night. Anything is better than nothing. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator even if you have to go up and down floors all day. It is a great way to exercise and you are working so you’ll be getting paid…what is better than that!
