If you are in the health care profession then you may need that lab coat. My sister use to need a lab coat but ever since she had her baby she has not gone back to work. And I am thinking that she is pretty much done working for a few years at least. She bought a house that had a tenant above it for specifically that reason. This way her mortgage is pretty much taken care of by the tenant and she just has to take care of everything else.
