If you are a vegetarian then you should absolutely be talking and consulting with a dietician or go out and get your schooling especially if you are teen or recovering from an illness. You can not just or rather should not just wake up one morning and just start eating fruits and vegetables without anything else all the time unless you know what you are doing.
