My father just fell in love with a car he was looking for and he found one on Ebay. He didn’t win it because the guy selling the car didn’t get what he wanted. He put it at $3000 and he wanted $10000 so he bid on it with another account that he created. We know this because not only is it already on another site for $10000 but he actually admitted bidding for it to my dad. So my dad didn’t feel that bad about losing the bid. He was not going to pay $10000 for it – that was just too much even for something that he has always wanted! But isn’t that prohibited to do on Ebay? Bidding on your own posted items?
