I think that because of the gas prices this year that travel and vacation will be limited. So it you can get cheap hotels then it may offset the price that you will be spending for the gas to get there. And you can get really nice hotels that are very affordable. And for the amount of time that you will be spending in the hotel…why spend more than you have to when you can spend you money on something else.
